水利工程质量监督标准化工作初探

Study on standardization of quality supervision of water conservancy projects

对水利工程质量监督工作进行标准化管理,能有效提升监督工作效率,保障质量控制措施得到标准化实施。本文结合我国水利行业质量监督工作现状,基于系统思维,运用系统化、标准化分析方法,对水利工程的质量监督标准化进行研究,初步探索构建适用于当前水利工程建设情况的质量监督标准化模式,以期为实现水利工程质量控制目标做出有益尝试。

The standardized management of water conservancy project quality supervision can effectively improve the efficiency of supervision and ensure the standardized implementation of quality control measures.Combined with the current situation of quality supervision in China’s water conservancy industry,based on systematic thinking and using systematic and standardized analysis methods,this paper studies the quality supervision standardization of water conservancy projects.From the aspects of system construction standardization,content standardization,process standardization and mode standardization,this paper preliminarily explores and constructs a quality supervision standardization mode suitable for the current water conservancy project construction,which is of long-term significance to realize the goal of water conservancy project quality control.
