中医药辨治胰腺癌研究热点及趋势可视化分析

Investigation of Hot Spots and Trends in TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer Based on Bibliometric Analysis

目的基于文献计量法分析中医药辨治胰腺癌的研究现状、前沿热点和发展趋势。方法检索自2003年1月1日至2022年8月31日中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中发表的中医药辨治胰腺癌的相关文献,并根据纳排标准进行筛选。绘制所纳入文献年发文量折线图,并利用CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件绘制中医药辨治胰腺癌知识图谱。结果近20年间中医药辨治胰腺癌文献发文量稳步上升。作者刘鲁明发文量最多(53篇),形成6个作者合作团队;研究机构复旦大学及其附属肿瘤医院处于领先地位;疾病、治疗、疗效评价、实验研究是研究的主要内容;“数据挖掘”“临床经验”“网络药理学”为前沿热点。结论近年来中医药辨治胰腺癌的研究热度呈上升趋势,未来应加强团队间跨地区交流合作、开展多中心高质量临床研究以推进中医药辨治胰腺癌的研究进程。

Objective To investigate the current status,frontier hot spots and development trends in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment of pancreatic cancer based on bibliometric analysis.Methods Relevant literature about TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of pancreatic cancer was searched in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed from January 1,2003 to August 31,2022.The articles were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The line chart was drawn according to the annual publication volume of eligible articles,while the knowledge graph of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of pancreatic cancer was drawn using Citespace6.1.R3 software.Results The annual publication volume steadily rose in the last two decades.Liu Lu-ming was the author who had the highest publication quantity(53 articles)and six author collaboration teams had formed.Fudan University and its affiliated cancer hospital were in a leading position in the field.The main research contents covered disease,treatment,therapeutic evaluation and experimental study.The frontier hotpots included data mining,clinical experience and network pharmacology.Conclusion The research on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of pancreatic cancer with TCM has become a hot spot in the last two decades.However,to make progress in the future research of syndrome differentiation and treatment of pancreatic cancer with TCM,measures should be adopted in strengthening the cross-regional communication and cooperation between teams,and in multi-center high-quality clinical research.
