开放与槽内倾斜电缆燃烧温度分布对比研究

摘要 为了探究在利用电缆槽敷设聚乙烯电缆时的电缆燃烧规律,设计倾斜电缆槽试验台,开展电缆槽内聚乙烯电缆燃烧火蔓延实验。通过改变外部敷设条件、典型敷设角度和引燃位置,探究在不同条件下电缆火蔓延规律及温度特点,并结合实验结果给出电缆敷设设计安装建议。研究结果表明:在燃烧过程中,槽内敷设电缆燃烧更加稳定;随倾斜角度增大,电缆火焰加速蔓延,峰值温度更早达到;槽内敷设电缆燃烧时会出现分区燃烧和伴随升温现象;槽内敷设电缆逆流火蔓延时,倾角越大,集中燃烧越早出现。 In order to explore the burning laws of cables when polyethylene cables were laid in cable troughs,an inclined cable trough test bench was designed,and the fire spread experiment of polyethylene cables in cable troughs was carried out.The fire spread trend and temperature characteristics of cables under different conditions were obtained.Combined with the experimental results,the cable laying design and installation suggestions were given.The results show that during the combustion process,the combustion of cables laid in the slot is more stable.During the increase of the inclination angle,the cable fire spreads faster and the peak temperature appears earlier.When laying cables in the troughs there will be zone burning and accompanying heating phenomenon.When laying the cable and when the fire spreads against the current,the larger the inclination angle,the earlier the concentrated burning occurs.
