基于TwinCAT Vision的自动插磁视觉定位系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为解决传统的视觉系统与组装流水线的流程控制分属于两套不同系统的问题,在通过串口或TCP/IP进行通信时易导致停机、停线、减慢生产节拍等问题,利用TwinCAT Vision机器视觉模块设计了一套流水线上的转子视觉定位系统,系统的图像处理部分被添加到整合PLC(programmable logic controller)运动控制的通用控制平台TwinCAT上,实现与整个转子装配流水线中PLC运动控制模块的无缝连接。视觉定位系统通过TwinCAT Vision采集流水线操作台上的转子图像,传递到实时内核模式下的PLC机器视觉与工艺流程控制系统中。研究表明,与传统机器视觉方案相比,该视觉定位系统减少了通信环节,提高了系统稳定性,节省时间约26.2 ms,效率提高96.3%左右,有效缩短了检测环节的用时。 In order to solve the problem that the traditional vision system and the process control of the assembly line belong to two different systems,it can cause downtime,line downtime,and slow down the production beat while communicating through serial port or TCP/IP.Using TwinCAT Vision machine vision module,a set of rotor visual location system on the assembly line was designed.Its image processing part was added to TwinCAT,a general control platform integrating programmable logic controller(PLC)motion control,to realized seamless connection with the PLC motion control module in the whole rotor assembly line.The visual positioning system collected the rotor image on the assembly line console through TwinCAT Vision and transmitted it to the PLC machine vision and process flow control system in the real-time kernel mode.The research shows that compared with the traditional machine vision scheme,the communication link is subtracted,the system stability is improved,the time is saved by about 26.2 ms,the efficiency is increased by about 96.3%,and the time of detection link is effectively shortened.
