摘要
本文依托某30m预应力混凝土T梁预制工程,通过对生产效率、蒸养参数、温湿度变化、基本力学性能等进行设计与控制,建立了预制T梁蒸汽养生技术体系并成功应用。其中,预制T梁蒸汽养生21h,混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量均超过设计值的90%,满足预制T梁快速张拉控制的应用标准。采用蒸汽养生的智能化生产线快速预制T梁,单片梁生产效率小于48h/片,可有效保证梁体养护质量并提高生产效率,具有广阔的应用前景。
Based on a 30m prestressed concrete T beam prefabrication project,this paper established a steam health technology system of prestressed T beam and successfully applied it through the design and control of production efficiency,steaming parameters,temperature and humidity changes,basic mechanical properties,etc.Among them,the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the precast T-beam exceed 90%of the design value after 21h steam curing,which meets the application standard of fast tensioning control of the precast T-beam.Rapid prefabrication of T-beams by intelligent production line with Steam curing,the production efficiency of single beam is less than 48h/piece,which can effectively guarantee the maintenance quality of beam body and improve the production efficiency,and has a broad application prospect.
