分段型装配式混凝土剪刀梯的设计与施工

Design and construction of segmented prefabricated concrete scissor ladder

针对当前装配式混凝土楼梯构件存在的问题,提出了一种分段型装配式混凝土剪刀梯及其施工方法。该装配式混凝土剪刀梯通过将原有长梯段板进行分段处理,并通过中梯梁进行连接,从而有效减小了预制梯段板的长度和自重,降低了构件运输和现场吊装的难度,提高了现场施工作业的便捷性,扩大了装配式混凝土剪刀梯的应用范围,对装配式建筑水平构件的发展具有重要意义。

Aiming at the problems existing in the current prefabricated concrete staircase components,a segmented prefabricated concrete scissor ladder and its construction method are proposed.The prefabricated concrete scissor ladder effectively reduces the length and self-weight of the prefabricated ladder segment by dividing the original long ladder segment and connecting it with the middle ladder beam,reducing the difficulty of component transportation and on-site lifting,improving the convenience of on-site construction operations,expanding the application range of the prefabricated concrete scissor ladder,and having important significance for the development of horizontal components in prefabricated buildings.
