某印染工业废水处理工程实例研究

摘要 为了有效提高印染工业废水处理水平,通过对福建某污水处理厂工程运行的实际情况进行分析,提出新建污水处理二厂的设计思路,明确了扩建工程的工艺流程、设计参数等,采用预处理+改良型Carrousel-2000氧化沟组合工艺,并增加了深度处理系统,能够有效改善出水水质。本文总结了预处理及深度处理工艺在印染工业废水处理中的应用,以期为同类项目提供借鉴和参考。 In order to effectively enhance the level of industrial wastewater treatment in the printing and dyeing industry,this paper analyzes the operational situation of a sewage treatment plant in Fujian province.We present the design approach for the construction of a second wastewater treatment plant,specify the process flow and design parameters for the expansion project.The combined processes of pretreatment,improved Carrousel-2000 oxidation ditch,and advanced treatment are adopted,along with the addition of a deep treatment system,which effectively improves the effluent quality.This paper summarizes the application of pretreatment and advanced treatment in the printing and dyeing industrial wastewater treatment to provide reference and inspiration for similar projects.
