周恩来精神的研究成果丰硕,共识多,意义大。本文就周恩来精神研究中存在着歧义的几个问题进行探讨。首先是周恩来精神的价值定位问题,笔者认为周恩来精神是中国共产党人精神的一面不朽旗帜。其次是周恩来精神存在的正当性问题,笔者认为周恩来精神既有深厚的民意基础,又有坚实的学理支撑,是党心民心所向。再次是党中央对周恩来精神评价的一致性问题,笔者认为党中央对周恩来精神的评价是一以贯之、一脉相承的。
