公立医院健康管理中心多维度绩效管理模式探索 被引量:3

摘要 随着“健康中国”战略实施及居民健康管理意识不断加强,健康管理市场规模不断扩大,健康管理业务已成为公立医院的核心业务之一。为引导健康管理中心与医院战略发展同频共振、合理量化健康管理人才队伍劳动价值,厚植市场竞争优势,对其开展精细化绩效管理尤为重要。本研究采用理论分析和案例研究相结合的研究方法,根据公立医院发展所面临的新语境以及健康管理中心的战略定位,以体现运营效率的关键指标作为健康管理中心月度绩效的核算基础,同时运用体现社会效益的关键指标对健康管理中心进行月度KPI考核,构建了符合健康管理中心运行特点的多维度绩效管理新模式,从而引导健康管理中心关注运营效率与社会效益双提升。新模式运行以来,健康管理中心运营效率持续优化、社会效益稳步提升、专科实力不断夯实。 With the implementation of the"Health China"strategy and the continuous strengthening of residents'awareness of health management,the scale of China's health management market continues to expand,and the health management business has become one of the core businesses of public hospitals.To guide the health management center towards the strategic development of the hospital,reasonably quantify the labor value of the health management talent team,and cultivate market competitive advantages,it is particularly important to carry out refined performance management for them.This research adopts the research method of combining theoretical analysis with the case study,based on the new context faced by the development of public hospitals and the strategic positioning of the health management center,this study uses key indicators that reflect operational efficiency as the basis for calculating the monthly performance of the health management center.At the same time,key indicators that reflect social benefits are used to conduct monthly KPI assessments of the health management center,and a new multi-dimensional performance management mode that conforms to the operational characteristics of the health management center is constructed,Thus guiding the health management center to focus on improving both operational efficiency and social benefits.Since the operation of the new mode,the health management center's operational efficiency has been continuously optimized,social benefits have been steadily improved,and the strength of specialized departments has been continuously strengthened.
