我国医疗质量管理研究热点及趋势可视化分析

Visual analysis of hotspots and trends of medical quality management research in China

目的:分析国内医疗质量管理领域的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法:运用CiteSpace软件对中国知网数据库中2014-2023年发表的中国医疗质量管理的相关文献进行共现分析、聚类分析和突现分析等。结果:共纳入787篇文献,年发表文章数量总体呈上升趋势;高频关键词分别是医疗质量、质量管理、质量控制、医疗设备、持续改进、医疗安全等;突现程度最强的关键词是绩效考核。结论:随着医药卫生体系不断完善、医疗质量安全意识不断树立,国内医疗质量管理从粗放笼统到精细科学,将进一步提升医疗质量安全水平、建设中国特色优质高效的医疗卫生服务体系。

Objective:To analyze the current status,research hotspots,and development trends in the field of healthcare quality management in China,thereby providing a reference for related studies.Methods:The CiteSpace software was utilized to perform cooccurrence analysis,cluster analysis,and burst analysis on the relevant literature on healthcare quality management in China,published from 2014 to 2023 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database.Results:A total of 787 documents were included,with the number of published articles per year overall showing an upward trend.High-frequency keywords included'medical quality','quality management','quality control','medical equipment','continuous improvement',and'medical safety'.The keyword with the highest emergence was'performance appraisal'.Conclusion:With the continuous improvement of China's health system and the establishment of consciousness on healthcare quality safety,China's healthcare quality management has shifted from extensive and general to detailed and scientific.This will further improve healthcare quality safety and construct an efficient and high-quality health service system with Chinese characteristics.
