摘要 目的:基于扎根理论构建紧急医学救援人员胜任力评价指标体系,为制定相关人员准入与选拔标准提供借鉴与参考。方法:对紧急医学救援工作相关知情人进行半结构化访谈,借助Nvivo12.0质性分析软件对访谈记录进行归纳、分析;利用项目分析法、探索性因子分析和验证性因子对指标体系进行校正及信度、效度和结构性验证。结果:指标体系共包括4项一级指标、18项二级指标,通过验证指标体系总体、各维度及各指标具有良好的内部一致性,且各维度划分合理。结论:制定科学、合理的医疗机构卫生应急人员能力评价和选拔考核的相关标准,有助于提高相关人员的综合管理水平和综合应急响应能力。 Objective:Based on the grounded theory,the competency evaluation index system of emergency medical rescue personnel was established to provide a reference for the establishment of relevant personnel admission and selection criteria.Methods:Semi-structured interviews were conducted with emergency medical rescue workers,and the interview records were summarized and analyzed by Nvivo12.0 qualitative analysis software.Item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and confirmatory factor were used to calibrate the index system and verify its reliability,validity,and structure.Results:The index system consisted of 4 first-level indexes and 18 second-level indexes.It was verified that the overall index system,each dimension,and each index had good internal consistency,and each dimension was divided reasonably.Conclusion:The establishment of scientific and reasonable standards for the ability evaluation and selection of health emergency personnel in medical institutions is conducive to the comprehensive management level and comprehensive emergency response ability of relevant personnel.
