2019-2021年某院药品使用与费用研究

Research on drug use and cost in a hospital from 2019 to 2021

目的:分析2019-2021年某院药品使用、患者药品费用及用药结构等变化情况。方法:从HIS系统中收集2019年1月~2021年12月的医疗收入、药品费用及使用等相关数据,对药品占比、门诊处方药品费用、住院患者药品费用、基本药物使用占比、辅助用药收入、药品使用结构进行分析研究。结果:该院采取多种合理用药管理措施,基本药物使用占比逐年上升,药占比、辅助用药收入明显下降,门诊和住院患者次均药品费用呈波动性,但整体趋于下降趋势。结论:取消药品加成后,减少了患者药品费用负担;今后需不断加强药事管理,进一步提升医院合理用药水平。

Objective:To analyze the changes in drug usage,patient drug costs,and medication structure in a hospital from 2019 to 2021.Methods:The relevant data of medical income,drug costs,and use from Jan.2019 to Dec.2021 were collected from our hospital's HIS system,and the proportion of drugs,outpatient prescription drug costs,inpatient drug costs,proportion of basic drug use,auxiliary drug use income,and drug use structure were analyzed and studied.Results:Our hospital took a variety of reasonable drug use management measures.The proportion of basic drugs used increased year by year,the proportion of drugs and the income from auxiliary drugs decreased significantly,and the average drug costs of outpatient and inpatient patients fluctuated but tended to decline as a whole.Conclusion:After the cancellation of the drug markup policy,our hospital has effectively reduced the burden of patients'drug costs by taking a variety of rational drug use management measures.In the future,we will continue to strengthen drug administration and further improve the level of rational drug use management in our hospital.
