高校与区域协同混合研修提升乡村教师信息化教学能力

摘要 促进乡村教师发展是我国提升基础教育质量的重要举措,乡村教师信息化教学能力的提升对区域教育信息化发展具有重要的支撑作用。针对区域内乡村教师存在的新教师多、缺少经验、常态化持续教学指导无法保证等问题,以内蒙古鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗实践应用为基础,构建了区域与高校协同混合研修模式:区域整体引进高校专业的教育信息化研究团队,设计针对乡村教师进行培训提升的混合研修方案,组建高校支持下的区域常态化教研共同体,加强区域与高校合作,利用信息化助推基础教育高质量发展,并以实例展示了乡村教师在技术支持下的学评融合能力提升实践效果。通过常态化的协同研修合作,推进区域教育信息化快速发展,也为区域提升乡村教师信息化教学能力提供了借鉴。 Promoting the development of rural teachers is an important measure to improve the quality of basic education in China.Promoting the improvement of rural teachers’information-based teaching ability plays an important supporting role in the development of regional education information technology.Based on the practice in Jungar Banner,Ordos City,Inner Mongolia,the study took into its consideration such issues as large number of new teachers and their lack of experience,the inability to guarantee the regular and continuous teaching guidance of rural teachers in the region,and constructed a model of collaborative and mixed research and training between regions and universities,and explained that the region as a whole introduced university professional education informatization research teams.We have designed a targeted mixed training program for rural vocational teachers,established a regional normalized teaching and research community with the support of universities,strengthened cooperation between regions and universities,and utilized information technology to promote high-quality development of basic education.We have also demonstrated the practical effect of improving the learning and evaluation integration ability of rural teachers with technical support through examples.Through normalized collaborative research and cooperation,rapid development has been made in the regional education informatization,which provides reference for improving the informatization teaching ability of rural teachers in this region.
