中小学教师线上教学核心胜任力模型构建研究

摘要 随着互联网技术不断与教育融合,特别是在经历新冠疫情防控期间大规模在线教育实践基础上,各地中小学教师对基于互联网的线上教学与辅导从“探索”转向“适应”。这种线上教学并不同于常规的信息化教学环境,具有空间分离、学生差异大、组织灵活多样、突发状况多等特殊性,对师生提出巨大的挑战。教师需要具备哪些核心能力应对这种挑战成为值得研究和思考的问题。通过德尔菲法确定中小学教师线上教学核心胜任力指标词典,构建由职业素养、信息素养、线上教学素养、发展素养、个人特质组成的中小学教师线上教学核心胜任力模型,并进行模型的验证性分析,期待对建立教师线上教学考评体系、提升教师线上教学能力有一定价值。 With the continuous integration of Internet technology and education,especially on the basis of large-scale online education practice during the prevention and control of the COVID-19,teachers in primary and secondary schools across the country have turned from“exploration”to“adaptation”for online teaching and guidance based on the Internet.This type of online teaching is different from the conventional information-based teaching environment,with unique characteristics such as spatial separation,large student differences,flexible and diverse organization,and multiple unexpected situations,posing huge challenges to teachers and students.What core competencies teachers need to possess to address this challenge has become a question worthy of research and consideration.Through the Delphi method method,this research creates the dictionary of online teaching core competency indicators for primary and secondary school teachers,constructs a model of online teaching core competency for primary and secondary school teachers,which is composed of professional literacy,information literacy,online teaching literacy,development literacy and personal characteristics,and conducts a model validation analysis.It is expected to have some value in establishing an online teaching assessment system for teachers and improving their online teaching ability.
