从精准扶贫到乡村振兴转变的国家战略中,加快农业农村现代化建设成为“后扶贫时代”的总目标.“推进乡村振兴”与“加快农业农村现代化”是相互促进、目标一致、共同推进发展的内在逻辑关系.我国推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化,有完全集体经济、集体组织带动、县域生态建设、新型农村社区、特色产业带动等发展模式,可以从编制乡村规划、建设长效机制、深化农村改革、壮大集体经济、发展产业经济、推进城乡融合等方面来实现乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化发展.

Promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas prove the internal logical relations of mutual promotion,consistent goals and joint promotion of development.This paper summarizes the typical development models for promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in China such as complete collective economy,promotion of collective organization,county-level ecological construction,new rural community,and promotion of characteristic industry.This paper also proposes the realization path from six aspects including rural planning,long-term mechanism construction,deepening rural reform,strengthening collective economy,developing industrial economy,and promoting urban-rural integration.
