摘要 教育生态学视角下,教育经费、规划布局、教师队伍是导致义务教育生态失调的主要限制因子.为了推动义务教育优质均衡发展,必须加大经费投入,补齐办学条件短板;优化布局调整,增加优质资源供给;推进强师工程,提高教师整体素质;深化教学改革,激发学校办学活力. Education funds,planning layout and teaching staff become the main factors leading to the ecological imbalance of compulsory education from the perspective of educational ecology.This paper suggests some measures to promote high-quality balance of compulsory education.These measures include increasing investment in education,making up for the shortcomings of school facilities,optimizing education distribution,increasing the supply of high-quality resources,improving the overall quality of teachers,deepening the reform of education,and stimulating the vitality of the schools.
