摘要
芒果从采摘到装箱运输环节容易因碰撞而出现损伤,目前对芒果受力与损伤面积的内在联系知之甚少。采用离散元法(DEM),建立芒果颗粒模型并通过ADAMS和EDEM联合仿真计算行间运输车运输过程中芒果综合受力情况,得到优化后的行间运输车降损性能为13.6%;通过质构仪压力试验模拟芒果碰撞过程,将芒果损伤面积小于70.6 mm^(2)定义为1级果品,大于488 mm^(2)定义为5级果品;最后用课题组研发的行间运输车进行实际运输测试,仿真结果与试验误差最大值为13.5%,其结果具有准确性。
Due to their collision from picking to packing and transportation,mangoes are easy to be damaged.At present,little is known about the relationship between stress and damage of mangoes.The mangoes particle model is established by the discrete element method(DEM),and the comprehensive stress of mangoes in the transportation process of inter row transport vehicle is calculated through the joint simulation of ADAMS and EDEM,the loss reduction performance of interline transport vehicle is 13.6% with the collision process of mangoes simulated by the pressure test of texture analyzer,the damage areas of mango under different pressure are obtained,the mango damage area with less than 70.6 mm^(2) is defined as grade 1 fruit,and that of more than 488 mm^(2) is defined as a category 5 fruits.Finally,the actual transportation is tested by the inter row transport vehicle of the research group,the maximum error between the simulation results and the test is 13.5%,the results are accurate.
