利用热重红外联用技术快速鉴别混纺织物成分 被引量:1

摘要 热重红外联用技术(TG/FTIR)综合了热重技术的热分离优势和红外技术的定性分析优势,无需样品前处理即可快速鉴别混纺织物成分。当混纺织物中各组分的热解温度达到一定差异时,在热重程序温度下产生的热解逸出气具有时间分辨效果,通过在线红外检测即可予以鉴别;对于热分离效果欠佳的混纺织物,可通过优化热重温度程序提高各组分的热分离效果,或通过各组分的逸出气特征红外吸收峰的官能团剖面图予以区分和鉴别。此技术适用于区分合成纤维混纺织物,蛋白质纤维混纺织物,合成纤维、蛋白质纤维、醋酯纤维以及纤维素纤维之间的混纺织物。 By combining the advantages of thermal separation of thermogravimetric technology and qualitative analysis of infrared technology,the TG/FTIR method can quickly identify blended fabrics without sample pretreatment.When the pyrolysis temperatures of the components in the blended fabric are well separated,the evolved gas produced by each component at the thermogravimetric program temperature has a time-resolved effect,which can be identified by online infrared detection.For the blended fabrics with poor thermal separation effect,the identification of each component can be improved by optimizing the thermogravimetric temperature program or can be distinguished and identified by the functional group profile of the infrared absorption peak of the evolved gas characteristics of each component.This technology is applicable to blended fabrics of synthetic fibers,protein fibers,as well as the blended fabrics of synthetic fibers,protein fibers,acetate fibers and cellulose fibers.
