美托洛尔联合炙甘草汤对冠心病心律失常的治疗价值

Therapeutic Value of Metoprolol Combined with Zhigancao Decoction in Coronary Artery Disease Arrhythmia

目的:研究美托洛尔联合炙甘草汤治疗冠心病心律失常的效果。方法:选取桐梓县人民医院2020年5月—2022年3月收治的冠心病心律失常患者78例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用美托洛尔联合炙甘草汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、中医证候积分、心功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025);治疗后,观察组失眠、心悸、胸痛、胸闷积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组左心室射血分数高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:联合使用美托洛尔、炙甘草汤对冠心病心律失常治疗,可帮助患者改善心功能指标及疾病症状,安全性高,疗效好。

Objective:To study the effect of metoprolol combined with Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of arrhythmia in coro⁃nary artery disease.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with arrhythmia in coronary artery disease admitted to Guizhou Tongzi Coun⁃ty People's Hospital from May 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-nine cases.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol combined with Zhigancao Decoction.The two groups were compared in terms of therapeutic ef⁃fects,adverse reactions,TCM scores,and cardiac function.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);The incidence of adverse reac⁃tions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025);After treatment,the points of insomnia,palpitation,chest pain and chest tightness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter and left ventricular end-systolic internal diameter were lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion:The combined use of metoprolol and Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary artery dis⁃ease can help patients to improve cardiac function indexes and disease symptoms,with high safety and good efficacy.
