中医情志护理联合中药热敷对气滞血瘀型腰痛病患者的干预效果

Intervention Effect of TCM Emotional Nursing Combined with TCM Hot Compress on Patients with Low Back Pain of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察气滞血瘀型腰痛病患者应用中医情志护理联合中药热敷的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月印江土家族苗族自治县中医医院收治的气滞血瘀型腰痛病患者88例为研究对象,按计算机随机分配法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予中药热敷,观察组给予中医情志护理联合中药热敷。比较两组中医证候积分、日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、生活质量、满意度。结果:干预后,观察组各项中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组JOA评分高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组总体健康、生理功能、精神健康、生理职能、躯体健康等生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组干预满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:中医情志护理联合中药热敷对气滞血瘀型腰痛病患者效果优良,能改善临床症状,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量,利于患者康复,患者满意度较高。

Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress on patients with low back pain with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:A total of eighty-eight pa⁃tients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type low back pain treated in Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into con⁃trol group and observation group according to computer random allocation method,with forty-four patients in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress.TCM syn⁃drome score,Japanese Orthopaedic Society(JOA)score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the ODI score was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistical⁃ly significant(P<0.001);Overall health,physiological function,mental health,physiological function,physical health and other quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Intervention satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese emotional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress has good effect on patients with low back pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,which can improve clinical symp⁃toms,reduce pain,improve quality of life,and facilitate patients'rehabilitation.
