心理护理联合舒适护理在血液透析护理中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Psychological Nursing Combined with Comfort Nursing in Hemodialysis Nursing

目的:研究心理护理联合舒适护理在血液透析护理中的临床效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年12月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院收治的90例血液透析患者为观察对象,按照奇偶数法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用心理护理联合舒适护理。比较两组生活质量评分、心理状况、不良反应发生率。结果:护理后,观察组患者躯体功能、认知功能以及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:心理护理联合舒适护理能够为血液透析患者提供细致、全面的护理服务,提升患者生活质量,改善患者负性情绪,减少不良反应。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing in hemodialysis nursing.Methods:Ninety hemodialysis patients admitted to Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medi⁃cine from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd-even number method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing.The scores of quality of life,psychological status,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the physi⁃cal function,cognitive function and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After nursing,the scores of Anxiety Self-rating Scale and Depression Selfrating Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:Psychological nursing and comfort nursing can provide meticulous and comprehen⁃sive nursing services for hemodialysis patients,improve patients'quality of life,improve patients'negative emotions,and reduce adverse reactions.
