手术全期护理在四肢骨折手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole Period Nursing in Patients with Limb Fracture Surgery

目的:探究手术全期护理在四肢骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月沛县中医院进行四肢骨折手术的患者60例为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组在常规护理基础上应用手术全期护理。比较两组临床护理评分、压力性损伤发生率、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、临床指标。结果:护理后,试验组临床护理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0195);护理后24、72 h,试验组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:手术全期护理应用于四肢骨折手术患者效果较好,可降低压力性损伤发生率,减轻患者疼痛,促进康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of the whole period nursing in the patients with limb fracture surgery.Methods:A total of sixty patients undergoing limb fracture surgery in Peixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to Octo⁃ber 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group with thirty patients in each group according to random drawing method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received the whole operation nursing based on routine nursing.Clinical nursing score,incidence of stress injury,Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and clinical index were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the clinical nursing score of experi⁃mental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of stress in⁃jury in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0195);At 24 and 72 h after nursing,VAS scores of experimental groups were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05);The operation time,incision healing time and hospitalization time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of the whole period of operation nursing is better in the patients with limb fracture surgery,which can reduce the incidence of stress injury,relieve the pain of patients and promote rehabilitation.
