标本溶血对临床生化检验结果的影响

Influence of Hemolysis on the Results of Clinical Biochemical Test

目的:评价标本溶血对临床生化检验结果的影响,探究预防标本溶血的相关对策。方法:选取湖北省老河口市第一医院2021年5月—2022年5月接受生化检验的患者50例,依据标本是否行人工溶血处理进行分组,各25例。对照组未溶血,观察组行人工溶血。比较两组生化指标。结果:两组甘油三酯、尿素氮、血磷、血钙、肌酐、血尿酸比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总胆红素、直接胆红素、γ谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶均低于对照组,肌酸激酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、总胆固醇、白蛋白、总蛋白、天冬氨酸转移酶、血钾均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:标本溶血的发生会直接影响临床生化检验结果及质量,因此需采取相关预防措施,减少溶血现象、提升生化检验质量,确保患者尽早确诊并接受对症治疗。

Objective:To evaluate the influence of specimen hemolysis on clinical biochemical test results,and explore the rele⁃vant countermeasures to prevent specimen hemolysis.Methods:Fifty patients who received biochemical tests in Hubei Laohekou First Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into twenty-five patients each according to whether the spec⁃imens were treated with artificial hemolysis.Control group did not hemolysis,observation group received artificial hemolysis.The two groups of biochemical indexes were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in triglyceride,urea nitrogen,blood phosphorus,blood calcium,creatinine and blood uric acid between the two groups(P>0.05);Total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,γglutamyl transpeptidase and alkaline phosphatase in observation group were lower than those in control group,while creatine ki⁃nase,alanine aminotransferase,total cholesterol,albumin,total protein,aspartate transferase and blood potassium were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:The occurrence of hemolysis of specimens will di⁃rectly affect the results and quality of clinical biochemical tests.Therefore,relevant preventive measures should be taken to re⁃duce the hemolysis phenomenon and improve the quality of biochemical tests to ensure that patients are diagnosed as soon as pos⁃sible and receive symptomatic treatment.
