目的:探讨“三位一体”模式对结核病预防控制的效果。方法:收集罗甸县2016—2020年“三位一体”服务模式应用在结核病防控中的有关数据,分析报告发病率、总体到位率、病原学阳性诊断率、成功治疗率、耐多药可疑者筛查率、学生肺结核报告发病数等,探讨“三位一体”服务模式的应用价值。结果:2016年、2017年、2018年、2019年、2020年发病率各为314.05/10万、313.54/10万、212.02/10万、195.26/10万、180.71/10万,各年度总体到位率为91.76%、89.32%、96.87%、98.76%、98.58%;2016—2020年病原学阳性诊断率分别为23.49%、26.32%、42.96%、61.25%、62.66%,2016—2020年成功治疗率分别为92.21%、91.51%、92.78%、91.59%、92.19%。结论:“三位一体”模式的应用对结核病预防控制的效果显著,有助于降低结核病感染率,减轻结核病患者的治疗负担,维护居民的身体健康。

Objective:To explore the effect of the model of"Trinity"on tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods:The relevant data on the application of the"trinity"service model in tuberculosis prevention and control in Luodian County from 2016 to 2020 was collected.The incidence rate,overall arrival rate,etiological positive diagnosis rate,successful treatment rate,multidrug-re⁃sistant suspect screening rate,and the number of reported cases of tuberculosis among students were analyzed to explore the application value of"trinity"service model.Results:The incidence rates in 2016,2017,2018,2019 and 2020 were 314.05/100000,313.54/100000,212.02/100000,195.26/10000 and 180.71/100000,respectively.The overall attendance rate of each year was 91.76%,89.32%,96.87%,98.76%and 98.58%.The positive etiological diagnosis rates from 2016 to 2020 were 23.49%,26.32%,42.96%,61.25%,62.66%,respectively,and the successful treatment rates from 2016 to 2020 were 92.21%,91.51%,92.78%,91.59%,92.19%,respectively.Conclusion:The application of the"Trinity"model has a remarkable effect on tuberculosis prevention and control,which helps to reduce the infection rate of tuberculosis,reduce the treatment burden of tuber⁃culosis patients,and maintain the health of residents.
