脊柱结核外科手术治疗研究进展

Advances in Surgical Treatment of Spinal Tuberculosis

外科手术是脊柱结核的重要治疗方法,能够有效清除病灶、解除神经压迫、纠正脊柱畸形,恢复脊柱稳定性。目前,临床中用于治疗脊柱结核的外科手术方式主要包括单纯前入路、单纯后入路、前后联合入路,此外,微创手术的相关研究逐渐增多。本研究总结分析以往研究资料,综述脊柱结核外科手术治疗研究现状,希望为脊柱结核外科手术治疗方式的合理选择提供参考。

Surgery is an important treatment for spinal tuberculosis,which can effectively remove the lesion,relieve nerve com⁃pression,correct spinal deformity and restore spinal stability.At present,the surgical methods used in the treatment of spinal tu⁃berculosis mainly include simple anterior approach,simple posterior approach and combined anterior and posterior approach.In addition,the research on minimally invasive surgery is gradually increasing.This study summarized and analyzed the previous re⁃search data and summarized the current research status of surgical treatment for spinal tuberculosis,hoping to provide reference for the reasonable selection of surgical treatment for spinal tuberculosis.
