摘要
空调器室外机橡套软线采用绝缘垫片+固线夹方式固定,生产过程中绝缘垫片需要1颗自攻螺钉固定,每个固线夹需要2颗自攻螺钉固定,生产效率及售后安装效率较低。本文通过运用TRIZ理论的因果分析法,设计新型绝缘垫片,并进行相关老化试验及拉拔试验,结果表明新型绝缘垫片既满足结构固线要求,又能够提高生产效率。
The rubber sheathed cords of the outdoor unit of air conditioner are fixed by insulating gaskets and fixed wire clips.In the production process,one self-tapping screw is required for insulating gasket and two self-tapping screws are required for each fixed wire clip.The production efficiency and after-sales installation efficiency are low.Using the causal analysis of TRIZ theory,a new type insulating gasket is designed,and relevant aging tests and pullout test are conducted.The results show that the new type insulating gasket can not only meet the requirements of structure fixed line,but also improve the production efficiency.
