成人职业教育学习激励机制研究——基于双因素理论

摘要 职业教育终身化是社会人力资源市场的需要,也是职业教育发展的必然要求。当前,我国产业转型升级带来了社会结构和就业市场的巨大变化,在这一社会经济变革中,成人职业教育作为与职业人才培养最为紧密的教育类型发挥着重要作用。将学习激励概念引入成人职业教育研究,通过问卷方式对部分在职培训人员进行调查,分析成人学生的学习动机特征和构成,之后结合双因素理论,从职业目标激励、理智感激励、人际优化激励、成就感激励四方面构建成人职业教育学习激励机制。 Lifelong vocational education is driven by the needs of the social human resources market,and is an inevitable requirement for the development of vocational education.At present,China's in⁃dustrial transformation and upgrading have brought about significant changes in social structure and the job market.In this socioeconomic transformation,adult vocational education,closely linked to the training of vocational talents,plays a vital role.This paper introduces the concept of learning motivation into adult vocational education research,and conducted a survey using a questionnaire among a group of individuals engaged in on-the-job training.It analyzes the characteristics and components of adult learners’motivation.Subsequently,integrating the Two-Factor Theory,a mechanism for motivating adult vocational education learning was developed from four aspects:motivation driven by career goal,rational motivation,interpersonal optimization motivation,and achievement-based motivation.
