老年教育数字化转型:内涵特征、逻辑框架与实践路径

摘要 伴随数字技术在教育领域的广泛应用,老年教育数字化转型的重要性日益凸显,向数字化转型已成为必然趋势。基于数字技术学理认识,老年教育数字化转型是一种依托数字技术的创新发展过程,其具有技术革新、序次形成与范式转换的内涵特征。基于此,老年教育数字化转型的逻辑框架体现在以老年教育基础设施建设为起点、以产教深化合作的数字技能培训为逻辑进路、以老年教育的技术理性去引导数字形态为逻辑归旨。为深入推进老年教育数字化转型发展,应形成“虚实共在”的数字化思维,更新老年教育数字化转型理念;开展“协同共建”的数字化项目,推进老年教育数字化建设进程;实施“智慧共治”的数字化治理,打造老年教育全域数字生态圈。 With the widespread of digital technologies in the field of education,the importance of digital transformation of the education for the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent,making the transformation to digitization an inevitable trend.Based on a theoretical understanding of digital tech⁃nology,the digital transformation of the elderly education is an innovative development process that relies on digital technology,connotatively characterized by technological innovation,sequential formation and paradigm transformation.In this context,the logical framework for the digital transformation of the elderly education is reflected through the establishment of the elderly education infrastructure as the starting point,the logical pathway of intensified industry-education collaborative digital skills training,and the ultimate goal of guiding the digital form with technological rationality in elderly education.In order to advance the development of digital transformation of the education for the elderly,it is imperative to form the digital thinking of“coexistence of the virtual and the real”,renew the conceptual framework of digital transformation in elderly education,initiate a digital project of“collaborative construction”to promote the digital development of elderly education,and implement the digital governance of“intelligent governance”,to ultimately create a comprehensive digital ecosystem of the elderly education.
