新贸易时代背景下基于“1+x”证书制度的高职经济贸易类专业群人才培养改革探索

Exploration on Reforming the Talent Training of Economic and Trade Programs in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the"1+X"Certificate System in the New Trade Era

新贸易时代带来的贸易转型升级对外贸人才培养提出了新要求,“1+x”证书制度推动着高职经济贸易类专业群人才培养改革和创新。在新贸易时代背景下,“1+x”证书制度的全面实施和推广过程中会遇到各种问题和挑战,政策制定者要从宏观层面上思考“1+x”证书制度实施过程中可能会面临的问题及应对之策,高职院校要从微观上思考新贸易时代“1+x”证书制度下人才培养改革新思路和设想。在分析全国高职院校开设经济贸易类专业群现状及“1+x”证书制度实施概况的基础上,剖析新贸易时代高职院校经济贸易类专业群“1+x”证书制度实施过程中需要厘清的重点问题,并从建立校企合作共同体和校内目标统一体、建立指导纲领、构建育人平台、重构教学团队、重组课程体系、优化教学模式等六个方面提出了高职经济贸易类专业群人才培养改革新思路和设想。

The trade transformation and upgrading brought about by the new trade era has imposed new requirements on the training of foreign trade professionals.The"1+X"certificate system has been introduced to promote the reform and innovation in the training of economic and trade majors in higher vocational colleges.However,in the new trade era,various problems and challenges has been encountered in the comprehensive implementation and promotion of the"1+X"certificate system.Policymakers need to address the potential problems and develop effective strategies for implementing the"1+X"certificate system at the macro level,and higher vocational colleges should explore new ideas and approaches for personnel training reforms under the"1+X"certificate system at the micro level.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the establishment of economic and trade specialty groups in higher vocational colleges and the implementation of the"1+X"certificate system,this paper has analyzed the key issues that require clarification in the implementation of the"1+X"certificate system for economic and trade specialty groups in higher vocational colleges in the new trade era.Additionally,this paper has proposed new ideas and strategies for reforming training of economic and trade programs in higher vocational colleges,focusing on six aspects,such as establishing a college-enterprise cooperation community and integrated with college goals,developing guiding principles,building education platform,reconstructing teaching faculties,refining curriculum system,and optimizing teaching mode.
