用系统论的思想看待云南民营经济发展的现实性问题——基于对民企的调查与访谈

A Systems Theory Approach to Analyze the Realities of Private Sector Economic Development in Yunnan:A Survey and Interview-Based Study on Private Enterprises

随着中国经济的快速发展,民营企业在国家经济中扮演着至关重要的角色。在这样的发展背景下,云南民营经济面临诸多问题,如受新冠疫情冲击较大、赴职能部门办理业务时存在一定障碍、诉求难以表达等。这些问题需通过系统性思考和针对性对策才能得以解决。在对云南民企的现状调查和访谈并对民营企业发展问题系统性思考的基础上,以政府、商会、企业等多个主体为出发点,提出政府加大扶持力度、民企提高综合素质、商会履职尽责、营商环境优化等对策建议。

As China’s economy undergoes rapid development,private enterprises are playing a crucial role in the national economy.However,in this context,Yunnan’s private sectors confronts many problems,such as significant impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic,certain obstacles encountered when engaging with government departments,and difficulties in expressing their demands.These issues require systematic analysis and targeted strategies for resolution.Based on surveys and interviews conducted on the current status of Yunnan’s private enterprises and systematic reflection on their development,this study proposes recommendations from various stakeholders,including the government,chambers of commerce,and enterprises themselves.These recommendations include intensifying government support,enhancing the overall quality of private enterprises,ensuring the fulfillment of responsibility by chambers of commerce,and optimizing business environment.
