义务教育体育与健康课程目标体系的重构

Reconstructing Curriculum Objective System of Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education

体育与健康课程目标在课程编制中具有重要地位,对指导体育教学具有重要作用。基于现行义务教育体育与健康课程目标体系存在的缺陷,通过文献梳理、历史借鉴、综合考量与逻辑推理,重新构建了义务教育体育与健康课程目标体系,为不断深化体育课程改革提供参考。研究认为:①新时代学校体育“四位一体”新目标对学校体育提出了新要求,是构建体育与健康课程目标体系的理论依据,为制定体育与健康课程目标体系指明了方向;②重构了义务教育体育与健康课程目标体系,提出了体育修习、健康促进、思政品德领域目标,突出了体育与健康教育的学科特征,凸显了新时代体育与健康教育的顶层设计;③重构的义务教育体育与健康课程目标上承新时代学校体育“四位一体”新目标,下接学校体育教学与学校体育各项工作及活动,符合学习层级理论并同普通高中课程目标有效对接;④重构的义务教育体育与健康课程目标可以在体育教学中有效落实,在学校体育各项活动中切实贯彻,具有理论意义与参考价值。

Physical education and health curriculum objectives play an important role in curriculum preparation and in guiding physical education teaching.Based on the deficiencies of the current physical education and health curriculum objective system in the compulsory education,this paper reconstructs the physical education and health curriculum objective system of the compulsory education through literature review,historical reference,comprehensive consideration and logical reasoning to provide reference for deepening the physical education curriculum reform.The study shows that:(1)the"four in one"objective of school physical education in the new era puts forward new requirements for school physical education,which is the theoretical basis for constructing the curriculum objective system of physical education and health,and points out the direction for formulating the curriculum objective system of physical education and health;(2)The study has re-constructed the physical education and health curriculum objective system of compulsory education,and put forward the field goals of physical education,health promotion,ideological and political morality,emphasizing the disciplinary characteristics of physical education and health education,highlighting the top-level design of physical education and health education in the new era;(3)The reconstructed curriculum objectives of physical education and health in compulsory education bear the"four in one"objective of school physical education in the new era,and introduce various work and activities of school physical education,which conform to the theory of learning hierarchy and effectively connect with the curriculum objectives of ordinary high schools;(4)The reconstructed physical education and health curriculum objectives of compulsory education are conducive to the implementation of physical education teaching and school physical education activities,and have theoretical significance and reference value.
