超高海拔光伏电站生态治理数智化管理平台的探讨

摘要 在实现光伏电站大规模开发利用的同时,加强生态环境保护,发挥光伏电站对生态治理的积极作用十分必要。但生态治理工作是一项复杂的系统工程,具有类型多、涉众广、周期长、技术要求高等特点,且在超高海拔地区,还面临生态环境脆弱、自我调节和自然恢复能力差、工作人员作业难度大等问题。基于四川省甘孜藏族自治州正斗光伏实证实验基地项目,依托互联网、物联网、地理信息系统(GIS)可视化管理等技术,开发数智化管理平台,对超高海拔地区的光伏电站生态修复与治理提出数智化解决方案及全生命周期管理思路,切实提升超高海拔光伏电站的生态环境质量和综合效益,推动超高海拔光伏电站生态治理数字化技术的标准化、模块化复制和推广。 While realizing the large-scale development and utilization of PV power generation,it is necessary to strengthen ecological environmental protection and give play to the positive role of PV power stations in ecological governance.However,ecological governance is a complex system project,with many types,many involved,long cycle and high requirements,and in ultra-high altitude areas,it also faces problems such as fragile ecological environment,self-regulation and poor natural recovery ability.Taking the Zhengdou PV Demenstation Empirical Experimental Base in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan province as an example,this paper proposes digital intelligent solutions and full life cycle management ideas for the ecological restoration and governance of ultra-high-altitude PV power stations based on the Internet,Internet of Things,GIS and other technologies,effectively improves the ecological environment quality and comprehensive benefits of ultra-high-altitude PV power stations,and promotes the standardization,modular replication and promotion of digital intelligent ecological governance technologies for ultra-high-altitude PV power stations.
