连铸中间包用塞棒的组成结构分析及对钢中夹杂物的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对某厂生产的连铸中间包塞棒进行了取样分析,剖析了塞棒基体、棒头部位、防氧化涂层、防粘接涂层的结构与组成。结果表明:塞棒棒头外层材料含较多颗粒骨料,比芯部的结构致密;棒头材料的梯度分布是为了增强材料的抗侵蚀性能。棒头的防粘接涂层组成包括Al_(2)O_(3)、SiO_(2)、P_(2)O_(5)、Na_(2)O、K_(2)O,涂层与基体粘接强度不高,容易脱落;塞棒的防氧化涂层组成包括Na_(2)O、Al_(2)O_(3)、SiO_(2)、K_(2)O、TiO_(2)、CaO,碱金属R_(2)O相多,高温下容易形成低熔点釉。硅钢中的夹杂物可能来自于防粘接涂层、防氧化涂层或塞棒棒头的侵蚀产物。 The samples of stopper in continuous casting tundish were obtained in a certain factory,and the structure and composition of stopper basis,rod head and core body,anti-oxidation coating and anti-adhesion coating were analyzed.The results showed that the outer layer material of stopper contained more large size grain aggregate,which was more compacted than the structure of the core.The gradient distribution of stopper head material was to increase the anti-corrosion performance of material.The anti-adhesion coating of stopper head was composed of Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),P_(2)O_(5),Na_(2)O,K_(2)O,the bonding strength of coating with stopper was small and easily dropped.The anti-oxidation coating of stopper was composed of Na_(2)O,Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),K_(2)O,TiO_(2),CaO,it was easily formed low melting point enamel layer for more alkali metal oxide R_(2)O phase.The inclusion of silicon steel may be formed from anti-adhesion coating,anti-adhesion coating and stopper heads.
