丙酸杆菌及代谢产物在畜牧业中的研究进展

Research Progress of Propionibacterium and Its Metabolites in Animal Husbandry

丙酸杆菌是一种具有益生属性的放线菌,可代谢生成丙酸、维生素B_(12)、细菌素和海藻糖,在食品、饲料工业中常被用作干酪发酵剂、生物防腐剂和有益添加剂,在畜牧领域能减少瘤胃酸中毒、预防肠道炎症反应,具有较大的应用价值。该文简要综述了丙酸杆菌的代谢产物及应用,以期为丙酸杆菌在畜牧业中的应用提供参考。

Propionibacterium is an actinomycete with probiotic properties,which can be metabolized to produce propionic acid,vitamin B_(12),bacteriocin and trehalose,and is often used as cheese starter,biological preservative and beneficial additive in food and feed industries.It can reduce rumen acidosis and prevent intestinal inflammatory reaction in the field of animal husbandry,and has great application value.In this paper,the metabolites of propionibacterium and their applications are briefly reviewed in order to provide reference for the application of propionibacterium in animal husbandry.
