中药五倍子和五味子对蛋鸡育雏期生长性能、免疫功能和血液指标的影响

Effects of Gallnut and Schisandra Chinensis on Growth Performance,Immune Function and Blood Indices of Laying Hens at Brood Stage

摘要 试验旨在研究中药五倍子和五味子对蛋鸡生长性能、血液指标和免疫功能的影响。试验选择1日龄农大3号蛋鸡450只,随机分为10组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+0.5%五倍子(Ⅰ组)、基础日粮+1%五倍子(Ⅱ组)、基础日粮+1.5%五倍子(Ⅲ组)、基础日粮+0.5%五味子(Ⅳ组)、基础日粮+1%五味子(Ⅴ组)、基础日粮+1.5%五味子(Ⅵ组)、基础日粮+0.5%五倍子+0.5%五味子(Ⅶ组)、基础日粮+0.5%五倍子+1%五味子(Ⅷ组)、基础日粮+1%五倍子+0.5%五味子(Ⅸ组),试验期为42 d。结果显示:Ⅰ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅵ组平均日增重最高;Ⅴ组平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组脾脏指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组血清中SOD酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在日粮中添加不同剂量的五味子和五倍子能够提高蛋鸡的生产性能,增强其机体免疫力和抗氧化能力,其中日粮中添加0.5%的五味子效果较明显。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine gallnut and Schisandra Chinensis on growth performance,blood indices and immune function of hens.4501-day-old Nongda No.3 laying hens were randomly divided into 10 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 15 hens in each replicate.They were fed with basic diet(control group),basic diet+0.5%gallnut(group I),basic diet+1%gallnut(Group II),basic diet+1.5%gallnut(Group III),basic diet+0.5%Schisandra Chinensis(Group IV),basic diet+1%Schisandra Chinensis(Group V),basal diet+1.5%Schisandra Chinensis(Group VI),basal diet+0.5%gallnut+0.5%Schisandra Chinensis(Group VII),basal diet+0.5%gallnut+1%Schisandra Chinensis(Group VIII),basal diet+1%gallnut+0.5%Schisandra Chinensis(Group IX).The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that the body weight of groupⅠ,Ⅳ,ⅤandⅥwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of group I,II,IV,V and VI was remarkably higher than the control(P<0.05),among which group VI was the highest.The average daily feed intake of group V was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The spleen index in group IV was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activity of SOD in group IV was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that adding different doses of Schisandra Chinensis and gallnut to the diet could improve the production performance of laying hens,enhance their immunity and antioxidant capacity,and the effect of adding 0.5%Schisandra Chinensis to the diet was more obvious.
