On the Path of Promoting High-Quality Development of Digital Economy in Yunnan Province

从云南数字经济的现状切入,寻找问题并构建基于宏观—中观—微观的一体化的解决方案:在宏观上完善数字经济的政策体系,优化数字经济顶层设计和发展规划;在中观上完善数字基础设施建设,优化云南省数字经济的内部结构,推动数字经济核心产业聚集发展,对传统产业进行全链条数字化改造,发挥优势培育新兴市场主体;在微观上加大龙头企业培育力度和数字经济人才的培养等,以期为推动云南数字经济高质量发展提供综合性考量。

Based on the development of digital economy in Yunnan Province,this paper finds out the problems and puts forward some countermeasures.On the macro level,relevant policies,the top-level design,and the development planare optimized;on the mesolevel,the construction of digital infrastructure is improved,and the internal structure of Yunnan s digital economy is improved to promote the development of core in dustriesin digital economy,digitize the whole chain of traditional industries,and give full play to the advantages of cultivating new market players.The paper aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation mechanism for promoting the high-quality development of Yunnan s digital economy.
