国别区域研究人才培养的发展路径研究——基于大连大学环印度洋岛国研究中心的思考

Research on the Developmental Paths of Cultivating Talents of International and Regional Studies--Reflections based on Dalian University's Indian Ocean Rim Research Center for Island Countries

随着“人类命运共同体”理念、“一带一路”倡议的提出以及国家外交政策的推进,高校有责任培养满足国家外交战略需求的国别与区域研究人才。本文对近五年国别与区域研究人才培养的学术文献进行梳理与评述,并从人才培养体系、课程体系、师资建设、教学资源、实践基地等方面提出国别与区域人才培养的发展路径,最后对大连大学环印度洋岛国研究中心的人才培养进行了目标规划与展望。

With the promotion of the concept of"a community of shared future for mankind"and the national foreign policy of"the Belt and Road",universities are committed to cultivate talents of international and regional studies in order to meet the needs of national diplomatic strategies.This paper compares and reviews the academic literature on the cultivation of talents of international and regional studies in the past five years,and puts forwards to its developmental paths of cultivating talents in terms of education system,curriculum system,faculty,teaching resources and practice base.Finally,the goal and outlook of the cultivation of talents by the Indian Ocean Rim Research Center for Island Countries of Dalian University are proposed.
