摘要
针对高频感应加热电源中传统全数字锁相环捕获带小、稳态误差大的问题,设计了基于FPGA的新型全数字锁相环控制系统。该控制系统根据输入信号的频率同步调整分频器分频系数,使系统有动态的捕获带,增大锁相范围。使用ISE Designer软件对该锁相环控制系统进行代码编译综合,通过ISiM软件进行仿真并在SiC高频淬火电源实验平台进行验证。实验结果表明,该锁相环具有捕获范围广、抗干扰能力强等特点。
In view of the problems of small capture bands and large steady-state errors of the traditional all-digital phase-locked loop in high-frequency induction heating power supply,a new all-digital phase-locked loop control system based on FPGA was designed.The frequency coefficient in the frequency divider was adjusted synchronously according to the frequency of the input signal,which makes capture band of the system dynamic and increases the phase-locked range.The phase-locked loop was compiled with codes of the phase-locked loop control system by ISE Designer software,simulated by ISiM software,and verified on the experimental platform of SiC high-frequency quenching power supply.The experimental results show that the phase-locked loop has a wide capture range and strong anti interference ability.
