在对湖北汽车产业现状分析基础上,指出未来汽车产业在技术、产品、产业链、产业集群、人才等方面的变革趋势,提出湖北汽车产业升级发展的建议:实施创新驱动汽车产业技术升级,聚焦新能源和智能网联加快汽车产业产品升级,开展延链补链强链加快产业链价值升级,构建产业生态圈加快产业集群升级,改革人才培养模式加快汽车人才供给升级。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of Hubei automobile industry,the future trends of the automobile industry were predicted in terms of technology,products,industrial chain,industrial cluster,and talents.In addition,suggestions for the upgrading and development of Hubei automobile industry were put forward,namely implementing innovation to drive the technological upgrading of the automobile industry,focusing on new energy and intelligent networking to accelerate the upgrading of the automobile industry product,carrying out chain extension and chain strengthening to accelerate the upgrading of industrial chain value,building an industrial ecosystem to accelerate the upgrading of industrial clusters,and reforming the talent training mode to accelerate the upgrading of the supply of automotive talents.
