针刀治疗脊柱肿瘤术后肛门坠胀伴排便异常1例

Clinical experience using needle knife treatment of anal distension with abnormal defecation after spinal tumor operation

目的:总结临床医师治疗脊柱肿瘤术后肛门坠胀伴排便异常的实践体会。方法:针对1例脊柱神经鞘瘤术后肛门坠胀伴排便异常患者,临床康复医师从治疗手段、脊神经相关的穴位精准化选择等方面,为患者制订个体化针刀治疗方案,并进行随访。结果:患者病情逐步改善至基本恢复正常。总结康复医师在本病例中的经验教训,进一步提高疗效。结论:康复医师采用中西医结合的治疗思路,提供精准化针刀松解治疗,可提高康复治疗效果。

Objective:To summarize the experience of rehabilitation physicians in treating postoperative anal prolapse with abnormal bowel movements associated with spinal tumors.Method:A rehabilitation physician developed an individualized needle knife treatment plan for a patient with postoperative anal distension and abnormal defecation associated with spinal neurilemmoma.This was developed from the perspectives of treatment methods and optimization of acupoints related to spinal nerves.An efficacy evaluation and follow-up were documented.Result:The patient’s condition gradually improved and essentially normalized.Conclusion:Rehabilitation physicians adopt a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment approaches.This allows precise needle knife release treatment,which can improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation therapy.
