拱盖法车站设备区管线夹层设计

摘要 目的:针对拱盖法车站设备区常规管线布置中存在的管线交叉数量众多、检修困难等问题,提出一种全新的管线夹层设计。方法:分析了拱盖法车站的空间特征、拱盖法车站设备区常规管线布置要点及存在的主要问题;介绍了拱盖法车站设备区管线夹层设计理念;介绍了青岛地铁1号线拱盖法车站设备区管线夹层设计方案和实施效果,总结了项目实施的工程经验。结果及结论:拱盖法车站站厅层顶部弧形空间层高大,在设备区房间上方设置管线夹层,可解决环控、给排水、消防等管线不能穿越电气房间的限制;通过建立物理分仓概念,将环控、给排水、消防等系统与强弱电专业桥架进行物理隔离,避免了不同专业间管线交叉,减小了通风管道风阻。设置管线夹层可降低设备房间隔墙砌筑高度,避免设置多道构造圈梁,提高了砌筑隔墙施工效率,管线施工速度提高近一倍;提高了设备区走廊吊顶高度,降低了走廊上方管线数量,改善了走廊内空间压抑情况;管线夹层上方中部预留有充足的检修空间,可降低后期运营维护难度。青岛地铁1号线水清沟站管线夹层工程实践验证了管线夹层设计理念和设计方案的可行性及优越性,已在青岛地铁三期建设的拱盖法车站中推广应用。 Objective:Targeting the conventional pipeline layout problems such as numerous pipeline intersections and operation-maintenance difficulties in arch-cover method station(abbreviated as ACS)equipment area,a brand new interlayer pipeline design is proposed.Method:The spatial characteristics of ACS,key points and major problems of conventional pipeline layout in ACS equipment area are analyzed.The concept of pipeline interlayer design for the above area is introduced.The design scheme and implementation effect of the pipeline interlayer in ACS equipment area of Qingdao Metro Line 1 are presented,and engineering experience from the project implementation is summarized.Result&Conclusion:The spacious curved space of the concourse level roof in ACS allows the placement of pipeline interlayer above equipment rooms,overcoming limitations for HVAC,water supply and drainage as well as fire pipelines to pass through electrical room;with the concept of physical compartmentalization,strong and weak current specialized trays are physically isolated from the aforementioned systems,avoiding intersections between different disciplines and reducing ventilation duct air resistance.Arranging pipeline interlayer can lower the equipment room partition walls,avoiding the need for multiple structural ring beams.This improvement increases the efficiency of constructing partition walls,nearly doubling the pipeline installation speed.Additionally,the height of equipment area corridor ceiling is increased,reducing the number of pipelines above the corridor and improving the overall spatial atmosphere within the corridor.Adequate maintenance space is reserved in the middle space above pipeline interlayer,reducing difficulties in later operation-maintenance.The engineering practice of the pipeline interlayer at Qingdao Metro Line 1 Shuiqinggou Staion validates the feasibility and superiority of the pipeline interlayer design concept and scheme,which is promoted and applied in ACS of Qingdao Metro phaseⅢconstruction.
