摘要
差异性公平是根据学生个体的差异性,通过制定个性化培养方案实现“因材施教”的教育理念,与新财经人才培养模式的核心思想高度一致。基于当前教学模式与学生学习需求存在的各种不适配表现,针对教学过程中存在的课程教学组织同质化问题比较突出、未能充分发挥新技术应用潜力等问题,高校作为供给端要主动进行适应学生需求的理念变革,通过构建精准学情采集系统、有效识别学生个性特点、建立教师主导的精准干预系统和多元化评价体系等方式,满足学生差异化发展需求,进一步实现差异性公平。
Differential equity is to realize the educational concept of"teaching students in accordance with their aptitude"through formulating personalized training plans according to the individual particularity of students,which is highly consistent with the core ideas of the talent training mode for new finance and economics.Based on the various mismatches between the current teaching mode and students'learning needs,and in response to the prominent issues of homogenization in curriculum teaching organization and the failure to fully utilize the potential of new technology application during the teaching process,universities,as the supply side,should actively carry out conceptual changes to adapt to students'needs.This can be achieved by establishing a precise learning information collection system,effectively identifying students'individual characteristics,establishing teacher-led precise intervention systems and a diversified evaluation system.Through these means,the aim is to meet the differentiated developmental needs of students and further achieve differential equity.
