基于PLC的变频器自动测试系统的设计

摘要 传统系统在变频器自动测试中的应用效果不佳,测试用时较长,系统响应性能较差,无法达到预期的测试效果。为此,本文提出基于PLC的变频器自动测试系统的设计,在系统硬件方面,选型与设计PLC和参量采集器,利用PLC控制系统变频器自动测试程序执行,利用参量采集器采集变频器的运行参数;在系统软件方面,对采集的变频器参数信息进行滤波和归一化处理,比对运行参数与参量临界值,确定参量误差并生成测试报告。经实验证明,设计系统测试用时在1 s以内,在变频器自动测试方面具有广阔的应用前景。 The application effect of traditional systems in automatic testing of frequency converters is poor,the testing time is long,and the system response performance is poor,which cannot achieve the expected testing effect.Therefore,this paper proposes the design of a PLC based automatic testing system for frequency converters.In terms of system hardware,PLC and parameter collectors are selected and designed,and PLC is used to control the automatic testing program execution of frequency converters in the system.Parameter collectors are used to collect the operating parameters of frequency converters;In terms of system software,filter and normalize the collected frequency converter parameter information,compare operating parameters with critical values,determine parameter errors,and generate test reports.Through experiments,it has been proven that the testing time of the designed system is within 1 s,and it has broad application prospects in automatic testing of frequency converters.
