摘要
为解决煤矿井下综采工作面监控不足、劳动力成本大、设备状态实时性较差等问题,本文提出了一套煤矿井下综采工作面无人化远程在线监控系统,介绍了硬件系统模块,根据模块化设计理念编写了故障识别软件程序。经应用表明,本次提出的方案实现了综采工作面的无人化、工作面设备的互联互通以及故障智能分析与决策,解决了长期困扰煤矿企业发展的难题,大大提高了煤矿井下智能化水平,降低了工人劳动强度。
In order to solve the problems of insufficient monitoring,high labor costs,and poor real-time equipment status in the comprehensive mining face of coal mines,this paper proposes an unmanned remote online monitoring system for the comprehensive mining face of coal mines.The hardware system modules are introduced,and a fault identification software program is written based on the modular design concept.Through application,it has been shown that the proposed solution has achieved unmanned operation of the fully mechanized mining face,interconnection of working face equipment and intelligent analysis and decision-making of faults,solved the long-standing problems that have hindered the development of coal mining enterprises,greatly improved the level of underground intelligence in coal mines,and reduced the labor intensity of workers.
