摘要
从理论和实践方面回顾了高职院校就业质量的内容和实现途径,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式梳理当前高职院校毕业生就业质量问题,提出了基于校政企行协同机制的就业质量提升策略。
This paper theoretically and practically reviews the content and implementation methods of employment quality in vocational colleges.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,problems with current employment quality in vocational colleges are identified,and a collaborative mechanism to improve employment quality in vocational colleges is proposed in the paper.
