Border Town is Shen Congwen’s representative works on life consciousness.From the perspective of ecological civilization construction in the new era,this paper respectively discusses the carrier,expression,essence and enlightenment of life consciousness written in Border Town and analyzes the concept of“harmonious coexistence between man and nature”contained in the work,which has certain reference significance for promoting the construction of ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
