摘要
在射频无源特性测试领域,矢量网络分析仪有着独特的功能和精度优势,利用其群时延技术测试同轴电缆,可以实现电缆电长度的精确测量。本文阐述了群时延技术的测量原理,介绍了仪器参数设置要素和结果评估方法以及测试方法流程。通过实验解析了改变设置对测试结果的影响,并用时域功能测试的结果进行验证,解决了同轴电缆电长度测量的难题。
In the field of radio frequency(RF)passive characteristic testing,vector Network analyzer has unique function and precision advantage.Using its group delay technology to test coaxial cable can achieve accurate measurement of cable electric length.This paper describes the measurement principle of group delay technique,introduces the instrument parameter setting factors,the result evaluation method and the test method flow.The influence of changing the setting on the test result is analyzed through the experiment,the result of time domain function test is used to verify,and the difficult problem of coaxial cable electric length measurement is solved.
