摘要
泵站作为电(热)能与水能转化的重要工具,在城市供水、水力发电以及农田灌溉等方面具有十分重要的作用,为明确泵站电气设备优化改造工程要点,提高泵站电气设备质量,本研究以实际工程为研究对象,分析泵站中电气设备的优化改造技术要点,所得结论如下:(1)分析泵站电缆设计过程中电气系统中电缆设备所允许的最小截面、电缆穿管敷设时所允许的最大管长等内容;(2)明确了泵站电气设备改造技术要点以及电缆整理流程,并对实际工程中电气改造要点进行阐述进一步论证所得结论。本研究内容对后续泵站电气设备优化改造工程的开展具有一定借鉴意义。
Pumping station as an important tool for electric(thermal)energy and water energy conversion,in urban water supply,hydroelectric power generation and farmland irrigation and other aspects of very important roles,in order to clarify the key points of the optimization and transformation of pumping station electrical equipment,improve the quality of pumping station electrical equipment,this paper takes the actual project as the research object,analyzes the technical points of the optimization and transformation of electrical equipment in the pumping station,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze the minimum section allowed for cable equipment in the electrical system in the design process of pumping station cable,the maximum allowable pipe length when laying the cable through the pipe,etc.;(2)The technical points of electrical equipment transformation of the pump station and the cable finishing process are clarified,and the main points of electrical transformation in the actual project are elaborated to further demonstrate the conclusions.The research content of this paper has certain reference significance for the subsequent optimization and transformation of electrical equipment of pumping stations.
