某海上平台设备故障智能预警系统集成及验证应用

摘要 为解决海上平台设备巡检受人工巡检频次及巡检人员技术水平的限制、重要设备无法实现实时监测等问题,采用光纤声传感、热红外成像传感、图像传感等技术研制出一套故障智能预警系统。通过实验室、现场验证,该预警系统实现某海上平台重要设备的时时监测,大大提高设备故障诊断率、减轻现场人员的劳动强度。 In order to address the limitations of manual inspection frequency and the technical level of inspection personnel in the inspection of offshore platform equipment,as well as the inability of important equipment to achieve real-time monitoring,a fault intelligent early warning system has been developed using technologies such as fiber optic acoustic sensing,thermal infrared imaging sensing,and image sensing.Through laboratory and on-site verification,the early warning system has achieved real-time monitoring of important equipment on a certain offshore platform,greatly improving the equipment fault diagnosis rate and reducing the labor intensity of on-site personnel.
