摘要
若仅以管道的压力波变化为指标检测管道安全性,会监控报警的准确性偏低。为此,提出基于水流量状态监测的水暖管道泄漏监控报警系统。系统硬件部分,将HL-8压电式压力传感器贴合在水暖管道处,用于监测水流量,并设置蜂鸣器。系统软件部分,在采集水暖管道中的水流量信息后,建立水流量模型,再采用分割法对水流量的大小以及泄漏问题进行预警界限的分区,从而实现泄漏报警。实验表明:该系统的监控报警准确度可达到98.6%,具有可行性。
If only the pressure wave changes of the pipeline are used as an indicator to detect pipeline safety,the accuracy of monitoring alarms will be low.Therefore,a water heating pipeline leakage monitoring and alarm system based on water flow status monitoring is proposed.In the hardware part of the system,the HL-8 piezoelectric pressure sensor is attached to the water heating pipeline to monitor water flow and set a buzzer.In the software part of the system,after collecting water flow information in the heating pipeline,a water flow model is established,and then the segmentation method is used to partition the warning limits of the water flow and leakage problems,in order to achieve leakage alarm.The experiment shows that the monitoring and alarm accuracy of the system can reach 98.6%,which is feasible.
